An interactive training session for staff and volunteers
interested in planning, developing and delivering
cross curricular sessions for KS2 pupils
The day will focus on literacy, numeracy, art and history
and will include a range of creative activities.
The programme will include:

A brief overview of the national Curriculum

What can heritage sites offer KS2 pupils? a teachers perspective

The opportunity to sample a range of cross curricular activities

How to use objects as inspiration for developing activities

Developing creative activities and cross curricular worksheets

How to plan a cross curricular workshop
The cost of the day is £10.00 for Gem members and £12.50 for non members
The price includes tea, coffee and a buffet lunch
