The following topics were covered through keynote speeches, tours and discussion groups:
- The structure of the Diploma and its various subjects
- The delivery of the Diploma and how consortia operate
- Opportunities for heritage organisations as employers as well as learning providers
- Diplomas with particular relevance to heritage organisations e.g. business, administration and finance, travel and tourism, construction and the built environment etc.
Learning specialists or those who plan and deliver learning programmes at museums and other heritage organisations/sites.
Those interested in finding out more about the 14-19 Diploma.
